EZ Texting is seeking a strong candidate to join our Client Success Management team. The Client Success Managers work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure their success with our products and services, while having a lot of fun along the way.

Job Responsibilities:

The Client Success Manager handles support and consulting inquiries from our customers via phone, chat, and email. In addition, we will look to you to help manage relationships, as well as to collaborate in designing processes that more effectively manage customer support issues and pain points. You may also be asked to plan and conduct webinars for our customers (voice, not video).

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of sales and/or customer service.
  • Commitment to growing in a consulting role is expected and required.
  • Strong technical proficiency is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication is required.
  • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills are required.
  • The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies is required.
  • Familiarity with SMS, SMTP, IVR and VoIP telephony systems is a plus.
