We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our prospects and Sales teams. Your role will be to engage with and qualify new inbound leads for our Mid-Market Account Executive team.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects via traditional (phone and email) and new (texting) channels. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Present and pitch our company convincingly to potential clients
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Schedule qualified appointments/demos and introduce leads to their new Mid-Market Account Executive
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Track record of achieving quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), SalesLoft is a plus
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately qualify the value for both the company and customer
