Role Overview: 

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator and Operations Specialist to join our Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for both candidates and employees. This candidate will lead projects to improve operational efficiency and data driven decision making across the recruiting organization. In this position, the candidate will play a critical role in helping us bring in the best candidates possible, while improving the recruiting operations and processes on the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a strong interview experience for candidates and hiring partners
  • Guarantee a 48 hour turnaround time for candidate communications
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a seamless interview experience and to keep the team up to date on candidates in process
  • Maintain good data hygiene within our ATS
  • Proactively find ways to increase efficiency in all recruiting processes
  • Provide support to the recruiting team and manage projects, events and assignments, as needed
  • Leverage data to define program success metrics/KPIs and inform strategic decisions
  • Own recruiting process documentation to ensure all of our processes are up-to-date and recorded
  • Serve as administrator for all of our recruiting tools and programs

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Proficient with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Google Suite
  • Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using data to solve problems and measure success
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and navigate ambiguity easily
