Request Account & Data Deletion

EZ Texting (developer of the EZ Texting Messaging App for iOS and Android, published by CallFire, Inc.) lets you request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to answers@eztexting.com from the email address on your EZ Texting account.
  2. Use the subject line “Account & Data Deletion Request.”
  3. Include the phone number or account email associated with your account so we can locate it.

Our team will confirm your identity, process the request, and reply when deletion is complete. Most requests are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile information, contact lists, and message history stored in our platform.

What we may retain

We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, billing and tax records, and records needed to comply with telecommunications regulations. Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.

Don’t want to delete your whole account?

If you only want to close a text campaign, remove contacts, or stop receiving messages, you can manage this from your account settings or contact us at answers@eztexting.com — no need to delete your account.
