SMS marketing pricing can range from $0.01 - $0.05 per SMS based on your provider. Monthly subscription plans usually cost between $25 - $500+ per month.

If you have high-volume messaging needs, plans can price at $500 - $5,000 monthly. EZ Texting is proud to offer industry-leading SMS marketing solutions at a fraction of the cost of the competition.
 

Credits are the form of currency used to measure each message you send to each contact. Typically, it costs 1 credit to send 1 SMS message, and 3 credits to send 1 MMS.

• 1 credit = $0.03 (price can vary between plans)
• 1 SMS message (160 characters or less) = 1 credit
• 1 MMS message (up to 1600 characters, may include a photo, GIF, or video) = up to 3 credits

For customers on our current standard monthly plans, unused credits can be rolled over for 30 days as long as your subscription remains active.

Rollover isn’t guaranteed on legacy plans or custom/Direct Sales (DSC) plans and might vary by contract.

For annual plans, credits are issued upfront and expire 12 months after purchase.

Once you have purchased a plan with EZ Texting, you can add more credits at any time. And to maximize the value of all your credits, EZ Texting offers rollover credits. Credits rollover for one month only and rollover is only available to those on a monthly plan.

No, you will not be charged for inbound messages with EZ Texting, unlike many of our competitors.

An SMS message (text only, up to 160 characters) will cost 1 credit.

An MMS message (up to 1600 characters and/or includes an image/gif/video) will cost 3 credits.

The best way to estimate how many credits you will need is to look at your current subscriber list and how often you would like to send messages. Multiply the number of subscribers you currently have by the number of messages you would like to send to get an idea of how many credits you may need. Keep in mind that SMS messages (text only, 160 characters) are 1 credit each, and MMS messages (including images or video, and/or up to 1600 characters) are 3 credits each.

The $5/month Telecom Fee covers mandatory carrier fees for Launch plan customers, ensuring compliance and reliable message delivery. This fee is waived for Boost, Scale, and Enterprise plans.

Additionally, customers messaging from 10-digit numbers have all other carrier fees included in their pricing plan.

Within your EZ Texting, you can easily pause, cancel or upgrade your plan at anytime.

Yes! EZ Texting plans include carrier registration at no extra cost. Other providers often charge this as a hidden fee at checkout, but we make it easy and transparent by including it in your plan. 

Completing A2P carrier registration is required to send messages; we handle it for you!

Outbound messages are messages that you or your business sends to a customer.

Inbound messages are the inquiries and replies that you may receive from a customer.

We assign you a 10-digit textable local number when you first create your account. You will not be texting from your personal phone number.

If you have a business landline phone you would like to turn into a textable number, we can help you with that here.

Additional textable numbers are available for an additional fee.

No. Each plan includes one user seat, and each user should have their own login. Sharing accounts can trigger security alerts or message blocking from carriers or our system. If your team needs multiple users, you can add additional seats for $10/month per user.
