Norman Happ is EZ Texting's CEO. Previously, he was at Evernote as Senior Vice President of Sales and Partnerships and was responsible for growing company revenue worldwide. Having previously spent 8 years in go-to-market executive roles within Intuit’s Small Business Group, he knows the challenges of high-velocity SaaS sales. At Intuit, Norman developed and designed a series of breakthrough customer-targeting data mining algorithms. Prior to Intuit, he spent 5 years at H&R Block in diverse leadership roles, where he was responsible for building the company’s first inside sales organization. Early on in his career, Norman founded two technology companies and worked throughout Europe. He credits his career beginnings as a technologist for setting the foundation for his tools-driven, analytical, yet customer-oriented approach towards revenue growth.

Janice McNair is a strategic finance executive who thrives on scaling organizations and driving growth initiatives. She has more than 20 years of finance and operating experience with Fortune 500, growth and startup companies. Prior to joining EZ Texting, McNair launched an independent consulting firm focused on corporate finance, business launch and strategy in the digital media, ad tech, gaming and technology industries. As a VP in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, she closed more than 20 financing, merger and strategic transactions for technology, entertainment, media and telecommunications companies. She started her career at J.P. Morgan. She has a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College in Finance and Economics and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Vijesh has over 10 years of experience taking web-based services to market and sits on the board of four major companies with web-based platforms. He also has extensive experience in shaping corporate strategy and exceptional knowledge of highly scalable software architectures. His previous endeavors include the widely recognized consulting firm Skyy Consulting, which developed one of the largest open-source telecom platforms available today. Vijesh got his first computer at age 8, at which point he proceeded to write his first lines of code in Basic while trying to get a game to work.

Punit Shah is an expert at creating, transforming, and maximizing data-driven, low friction businesses. Shah has had repeat success in creating industry leading marketing efficiency through online channels and developing high ROI, easy to use, online products to meet the needs of wide underserved markets. Shah’s leadership approach drives growth through a harmonious combination of scalable data analysis & reporting, crisp goals, powerful vision, deep empathy, and strong culture. Shah is an active advisor to companies that engage his interests and expertise. He also spends as much of his time as possible mentoring and guiding his contacts on how to achieve the next phase of professional and personal growth.

Mark serves as the company’s Chief Customer Officer. He brings broad and deep commercial and consulting experience in building high-performance, customer-facing teams in XaaS environments. In addition, he’s built extensive SMB domain expertise with high velocity sales models through companies such as Intuit, VistaPrint, Monster.com, and Kinko’s. Most recently, Mark served as Regional Manager of the Alexander Group, a boutique revenue growth management consulting firm that specializes in the tech sector. Mark has served in numerous senior roles with a go-to-market focus at leading companies and start-ups. Earlier in his career, Mark was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in their strategy practice. Mark earned a B.A. in American Culture from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Josh Siegel currently serves as the Chief Product Officer for EZ Texting. Josh brings both a general management and product orientation to his role at the company. Prior to EZ Texting, Josh led the Subscription and Data Product teams at Gannett where he managed both consumer and B2B product lines. He also served as GM and SVP of SaaS and Subscriptions products at Reachlocal, a leading provider of marketing technology and services for SMBs. Earlier in his career, Josh managed the Yahoo Publisher Network, a contextual ad program for web publishers. Josh earned an MA at San Diego State University and his BS degree at California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.

Craig is EZ Texting’s VP of Partnerships. He brings 15 years of broad business experience across a variety of strategic functions within Fortune 100, startup, and professional services organizations. Craig has spent the last 7 years scaling SaaS technology startups through partnerships, business development, and enterprise sales. Most recently he worked at Evernote, where he was responsible for global partnerships as well as the company’s Japan & APAC business. Earlier in his career, Craig worked in management consulting and venture capital. Craig has a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Rachel brings nearly 15 years of experience from the public and private sector leading both recruiting and people operations teams. She has spent the past five years working in SaaS technology startups focused on coaching leaders around organizational design and creating innovative people programs to best leverage their talent. Earlier in her career, Rachel worked in the education space as an HR leader supporting organizations such as Teach For America and the NYC Department of Education. Rachel has a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and an M.P.A. from New York University.

With more than fifteen years working in the entertainment and digital media industry, Allison has a passion for helping companies successfully realize their full potential. Currently, Allison is the Chief Operating Officer of Atom Tickets, an entertainment tech start-up based in Los Angeles. Previously, Allison served as Chief Marketing Officer of YP, a leader in local digital marketing solutions, where she led all marketing and B2B product management functions for the Cerberus-backed company. Allison spent nearly a dozen years at Bain & Company, where she was a Principal in Bain’s Technology, Media and Telecom practice with a primary emphasis on growth strategy. She holds a BS in Engineering Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pete Chung is a Managing Director and Head of Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital and Co-Head and Managing Member of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners ("MSVP"), Morgan Stanley's technology and healthcare focused late-stage funds. Previously, Pete co-founded Morgan Stanley Technology Ventures, the strategic investment arm of Morgan Stanley Technology Investment Banking, and Pete was also involved with Morgan Stanley Principal Investment's growth equity investing activity. Pete joined Morgan Stanley Technology Investment Banking in 1993 and helped open Morgan Stanley's first Silicon Valley office in Menlo Park in 1994. Pete is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Yuriy is a Managing Director at Patricia Industries North America since 2015. He joined Investor AB in 2010 as an Analyst for Investor Growth Capital focusing on healthcare investing in North America. Yuriy currently serves on the boards of BraunAbility and Laborie as well as several of Investor Growth Capital’s healthcare and tech venture capital investments. He was involved with multiple past Investor Growth Capital investments including Aptalis, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and Transcend Medical. Prior to joining Investor, Yuriy worked at JPMorgan and Bank of America as an equity research analyst covering pharmaceuticals companies. Yuriy received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

James Stith is an Investor at ROCA Partners. Mr. Stith previously was the Senior Director of M&A at IAC/InterActiveCorp, a publicly-traded portfolio of consumer media and technology companies. At IAC, Mr. Stith helped lead investments and guide the M&A strategy. Prior to IAC, Mr. Stith was a founding executive of Carats & Cake (a leading marketplace for wedding vendors), a private equity investor at Ares Management, and an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Stith has a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
